Graeme Sharp - Principal and Founder
Seasoned consultant and Project Management Professional (PMP). Over 25 years business experience in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
Over the past 13 years, Graeme has been involved in numerous Maximo implementations in Australia, including some of the largest. Graeme has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Duke Energy, AT&T, and NCR.
Graeme enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, golf (very rarely and not well!), travelling (for pleasure, not business) and loves good food and good wine.
James Manna - Senior Business Analyst and Systems Architect
James is a Maximo 7.1 Certified Deplotyment Professional with 12 years Information Systems Development and Implementation experience. James has experience in all aspecst if the IT system lifeycle ranging from through experience as an Analyst Programmer and Business Analyst through to Software Development Manager, Quality Manager, Project Manager and Systems Architect.
With industry experience across Healthcare, Government, Law Enforcement, Utilities and Finance James is well positioned to assist in all business domains. James has also been fortunate wto work in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and the USA.
James is a keen scuba diver and enjots traveling and pretty well anything outdoors or on the water.
Rupert Perry - Senior Business Analyst
Rupert is Maximo 7.1 Certified Deployment Professional with extensive experience working in the oil and Gas sector implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies within Maximo, SAP and AMOS using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Rupert has worked on strategy review and implementation projects for some of the largest Oil and Gas companies including BP, SBM and British Gas and has worked on Maximo implementation projects for Sydney Water and AGR.
Rupert is a keen motor bike rider and is currently training for his pilots license.
Mike Houston - Senior Maximo Technical Specialist
Mike is a seasoned Maximo Technical Consultant has been involved in the technical aspects of Maximo implementations for 9 years. He has worked on all versions of Maximo since 4.0.3.
He has worked on many integrations to/from Maximo including financial systems, GIS, SCADA and other works management systems. Mike also runs the technical aspects of projects and has been Technical Lead on many large successul projects.
Mike enjoys cycling and getting out and about around Sydney Harbour.
Neville Wulf - Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Consultant and Training Manager, Neville has performed work on project and asset management systems in numerous industries over the past 17 years. A trained marine engineer by trade, Neville has hands on practical maintenance experience. He has worked throughout Asia-Pacific with Maximo users and was formerly the Training Manager at MRO. Neville enjoys fishing the QLD coast in his spare time and bagging that "big one".
