Graeme Sharp, Principal and Founder. Seasoned consultant and Project Management Professional (PMP). Over 25 years business experience in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Has completed numerous Maximo implementations and upgrades for customers in Australia. Graeme has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Duke Energy, AT&T, and NCR.

Graeme is also the IBM Tivoli Maximo User Group Chair for Queensland, Australia.

Steve Christie, Senior MAXIMO Technician and Certified Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE). MAXIMO installation, upgrades, interfaces, database & system administration, reporting and system support. Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database platforms. Steve has been involved in Maximo implementations for SPI Ausnet, Sydney Water, Covantra Energy (US), Boeing, NSW Health, Silcar Maintenance Services, and Duke Energy.

2Rachel Preller, Administration Manager. Key role in providing administration support to the team to ensure clear communications. Rachel has many years experience in senior office administration, and has worked for a diverse range of companies.


Timothy Beel (BEng), Senior Business Systems Analyst and MAXIMO & SAP Technician. Thorough knowledge of many SDLC (software development lifecycle) methodologies such as OOAD and UML. Extensive experience in integrated enterprise solutions, relational databases and various programming languages. Tim has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Lockheed Martin, IT&T Industries, and General Motors.

Jason Moore (BEng), Senior Business Systems Analyst, and MAXIMO & SAP Technician. Seasoned SAP expert with an excellent understanding of Oracle and SQL Server databases. Numerous implementations of real time data collection systems into SAP and Oracle. Senior technical positions in transnational corporations such as Alcatel, Compaq, Microsoft, Matsushita and Singapore Airlines, plus consulting work for IBM and SAP.

1Ron Stanley, (BEng, MBA) Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst. Implementations including: ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, and Asset Management. Software Development Management including: Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum. Ron is a seasoned consultant, project manager (Prince2 & PMBOK) and service manager, with over 20 years IT Industry experience in government and private sector organisations.
